Santa Ana Boutique & Countryside Journey

We will pick you up in the morning from your Hotel and we will drive you approximately 30 kms from Santa Cruz Main Square to Santa Ana Valley, located between Peralillo and Marchigüe, surrounded by hills, it has a dry and hot climate and has become a small but attractive hub for wine lovers. Our first stop will be a local farm, where you will feel and learn the real spirit of the countryside in our valley. You will start your experience meeting the owners which will introduce you into their routine and guided by them.

You will share with animals and its daily life being involved in feeding, maintenance and caring process.

After this introduction, the owners will be waiting for you with a typical Chilean breakfast with products locally produced and handmade baking by themselves.

In addition, you will have the real experience of cooking with fire. Locals will be preparing typical “churrascas” (A thin bread cooked in a traditional grill) and they will explain how to prepare it. Also you will collect the eggs directly from the chicken that will be prepared for your breakfast to enjoy the authentic taste of our countryside.

Then, you will enjoy some leisure time surrounded by nature. We will drive you to our next destination, a Boutique Winery, Caminomar where it’s running by its owners.

This family project began in 2009 with the goal of crafting natural, authentic wines that reflect a strong sense of origin. Visiting Caminomar means discovering wines with history, floral aromas, ripe fruit, and the serene atmosphere of a place built with care and love. At Viña Caminomar, you will visit their historical colonial house and enjoy a private cooking session done by local hands. This exclusive experience is complemented by their own handcrafted wines and local recipes that highlights the flavors of the region.

After this memorable day of countryside life, authentic gastronomy, and family winemaking, we will drive you back to your hotel — taking with you not only the taste of Colchagua, but also the warmth of its people and the memories of a truly unique journey.
