We will pick you up in the morning from your Hotel and we will take you for a trip to the most typical areas with open markets in the city of Santa Cruz. There, you will feel as a genuine local, passing through of the different fruit and vegetable stands. You will be connected with the city’s soul, taste its flavors, and will understand how is the daily lives of the locals. We will pick up all the ingredients to continue with our cooking experience overlooking the whole valley of Apalta at Hotel Colchagua Divino ´s open kitchen for a hands-on cooking class where you´ll learn to make two classic Chilean dishes.

Hotel Colchagua Divino will offer you a spacious open kitchen with a friendly staff, whose will be pleasant to involve you in our gastronomy and traditions of the area. You will have a written recipe of the dishes you will prepare and a complete guidance in order to make you feel as a local chef even if you have no previous experience. We conclude by serving all of this dishes ending up with a great wine pairing. Finally, we will drive you back from your hotel.
