We will pick you up in the morning from your Hotel and we will drive you to Neyen Winery. This winery is one of pioneering wine producers of the Apalta Valley. The experience begins at the historic wine cellar – the oldest of Apalta. From there you will go on a tour of its regenerative organic and biodynamic vineyards. You’ll learn the story of Viña Neyen de Apalta, the unique character of the property and its vineyards, which are over 130 years old. Then, you will start the trekking through the Apalta Nature reserve where you will have the chance to enjoy the scenic beauty of Neyen and the native flora and fauna of its hillsides. On your return you will stroll across the “Wood of Oaks” and “garden of aromas”, learning to identify and recognize the different natural scents present in Neyen´s Apalta wines. Finally, you will be back in the wine cellar, where you will taste a selection of premium wines. Through them, you will learn more about the philosophy of making genuine, minimal intervention wines with a sense of place of Neyen Winery.
